Alright stay at Casa Isabella but I had one problem that is a non negociable while traveling, one about safety. So sadly my door was really difficult to lock, and sometimes even after many minutes trying to lock it, it wouldn't. So it was broken, and I told the staff about it. Thankfully nothing happened to me and my belongings . The staff is really nice. The location is perfect and quiet. Shower was good water pressure and hot water. Air con was powerfull and bed was spacious. The pool is kinda useless because it's not proprely taken cpowerfully
This is the second time I've stayed here, and I'll definitely be back! The rooms are nothing fancy, but I don't need fancy when I travel. They are clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right off the square. And you can't beat the price!

I enjoyed Casa Isabella my 1st night in Cozumel. Close to ferry so very convenient . Room was basic, shared bathroom/shower.
Wonderful stay. We stayed 4 days. It is a beautiful place. Feels like a hidden jungle in the center of the city. Very attentive staff. We were able to park our rented moped safely inside the property. Great value. Cool AC, everything is clean. Really great! We’ll be back.
My wife and I loved staying here! The room we stayed in was HUGE and had a very antique look, we were able to message over WhatsApp with the owner who provided a lot of helpful information. It’s a great location, probably 7 minute walk from the port and it’s right on town!
This is a beautiful spot in town very close to the ferry and local life. The garden and rooms are comfortable and the pool is clean. Only a few blocks to the ocean. Quiet location but next to the best mezcal bar in Cozumel! I had an amazing time.
